Our process is easy!

Welcome! We start out with a discussion via, phone, text or email answering any questions you might have. I will ask some simple yet important questions about you and what you’re looking for in your new puppy. By the end of our introduction if you decide to join our Lonestar family, I will add your name to our waitlist. We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 to be added to our waitlist. We only accept very limited spots on our waitlist for pet home as we put show prospects first priority. If color or gender of puppy is not available, you have the option to chose another available color/gender or move to next available litter.

Welcome to the family! We will keep you updated through out the whole process. From confirmation of pregnancy, ultrasounds and whelping! Feel free to follow our Facebook page (Lonestar Labradors C&E) for more updates as well.

We have puppies! We will keep you updated once puppies are here and thriving. 

Watch me grow! Our puppy families will get weekly updates of pictures and videos. 

Puppy picks! We do puppy matches at day 49 (7 weeks). Since we raise these puppies from day 1 with after careful examination and observation with the help of a certified dog trainer. We use the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test on our litters. We match puppies best suited for their families based on what each family is looking for in their puppy. Puppy families get to pick color and gender, but I confidently believe that I know each and every puppy well enough that my puppies families trust my abilities to match to their needs and lifestyles. Contracts are sent out once puppy is matched to you and are to be sent back to me prior to you picking up your puppy.

Your family grew by 4 paws! Time to meet your new puppy! At Lonestar puppies go home at 8 weeks. The final payment of $3,000 is due at puppy pick up if paying cash. All outside payments are due 10 days before you pick up your puppy. All of our puppies come with a puppy care package that you get to take home. Inside the care package you will find a folder with your puppies' temperament testing scores and health certificate. Your puppy's AKC registration and microchip information will be emailed to you prior to puppy pick up. You will also find a blanket with mom and litter-mates scent, a bag of food that the puppy has started on, probitoics, vitamins and some chew toys.
